Summary: I was going to question a black market dealer about the contrabands he just destroyed and ExplodingPancake took up a knife behind me so I decided to arrest him. His friend dave.watsit97 did not let me do this though since they were friends and uncuffed him then helped him escape by getting into his car.
Simply put: ExplodingPancake broke fear RP and dave.watsit97 fail RPd since he was a cop helping a rebel.
