Him and his friends took one of the corleones hostage, so we returned the favor, during this period he repeated FailRP, did not follow fearRP, and yeah.
Did not act at all serious during the situation, during this time I noticed he had low hours, so I said hey i'll just let it go and tell him to read the rules, he repeated his actions more.
