Hey guys.
So as the title says, what calms you down after a stressful day?
For, me, after a long day, the most relaxing things by far, are listening to the rain patter on my roof as I drift off to sleep, and secondly, holding my girl in my arms as we both fall asleep (cheesy, I know -_-) but with both of these things at the same time, nothing can ruin my day

I normally go outside, or i just game. If i get pissed off at a game, then i just don't play it for that day. Simple!

Fitness calms me down, however I'm used to cope with stress due my work, so I'm used to it.
