Summary: A friend and I had set up a little café stall. We had many customers going and everything was good. Then, suddenly, a rebel came up to us, got his SHOTGUN out, and blasted my mate in the face from two metres away. Of course, he died. But there was no reason for this, except for that he misunderstood and thought that my friend, out of all people, stole his car once. He then started running away, so I kept up with him, spamming the F12 button for screenshots (I picked out the best shots from them), as I knew this was an unacceptable RDM. I managed to get a good pic of him with his name and everything. He also started to shout inappropriate words about his mum into the IC chat..
Evidence: (this pic shows him saying "next time don't try to steal my car" when actually, it was a misunderstanding and he did not, someone else did. http://i47.tinypic.com/90vrro.jpg
This shows the info about him, his RP name, etc. Just thought that might be useful.

This ban doesn't involve me, but I thought this reply would be needed.
When someone walks up to you and blatantly murders your friend in the street with a powerful weapon, you usually don't run after them shouting insults about his mother. A more logical thing to do would be to hide, call the police/ambulance, and then check if your friend is alive.

Insufficent evidence
