Summary: I was leaving my office when I heard a loud rattling noise from outside, I go to look and find a tonne of fences in front of me. When I asked him to remove them he removed a few, but when I said I was submitting a ban request he left, making it rather difficult to get his Steam ID. I did, however, manage to get some screenshots of the event.
