Reason why you should be unblacklisted: The reason why I was blacklisted was "cheating/hacking/gameplay tampering" and I haven't done that.

You would of set of our system in 1 way or another, its possible but it was an old hack left in your folder but the system cant be sure of your intentions only that you had it
for that reason we didnt issue perm on first catch
but you can not get the expired ban and blacklist removed/reduced
