Summary: Basically, I was chasing him in my car and I had pulled him over. He got out the car, I went to hand cuff for Safety reason and to prevent what happened.
Although, once I tried this, he ran off instantly. I pulled out my pistol and countless times I was close enough for FearRP to apply. Although, he just decided to punch me and continue running off.
In the video it also looked as if he was trying to suicide by running in front of the Fire Engine to get run over.
The Rule which was broken: FearRP.

First off, i will say, i was FailRPing, and ill accept any ban for that.
The other thing is: I was trying to leave the town, as i was leaving, I got shot by a cop (Not saying it was you) So, i gt out, then you tried to cuff me, so i ran, and from my past time, i seen people run after they where close to getting cuff, then you pull out a gun, and i did not see it at first. So, i still kept running, then my baby bro kept hitting my keys on my PC. That may have been why i was hitting the fireman. Then, i will say, i was FailRPing by Punching you, and i'm sorry.
