Summary: I jumped on the top of a police car and Kofi threatened to arrest me for "failRP" (Which is backseat admin) and he had arrested me for that before even though I told him about that rule, and he didn't care (I have no proof of that time) This time I convinced him to type by saying my mic messed up so he confessed to random arrest and backseat admin.
