Summary:
He was a citizen in an ambulance (most likely randomly stolen since I don't see any reason why he should've been in it) so me and at least another 2 cops approached him about this, aimed our weapons at him and told him to get out of the vehicle. His response to this was to reverse off in an attempt to escape.

The video shows the accused player breaking FearRP.
He must of stolen the vehicle as well.
