Summary: I was impounding a vehicle after arresting a man, then this person ( Average Cocky Scout) came up behind me and opened fire he got me to ~6 health. I didn't catch this on video as I didn't see it coming. Then when the video starts I was chasing him and he got off his chair to pop me in the face.
