Summary: Lolyou randomly stole a vehicle, which was owned by a fellow Rebel, he changed his story often when I questioned him about it. He also changed his SteamID multiple times while I was talking to him. He also had 19kills 6 of which were gained in a matter of a few minutes, a few people told me that he had shot at them, though I have no evidence of this.
Candycane was a passenger in the vehicle, they clearly knew it was stolen and is a friend of the person who stole the vehicle, they were an SS and were FailRP'ing; working with a Rebel, not being in the Nexus, wearing a suit/dress and not arresting a criminal because they are friends with them, they disconnected when I asked them what they were doing.
