There is something wrong with your post.
1. It's your first post...
2. Admins are chosen by soulripper, you don't *apply* for it.
3. I haven't seen you on the rp server...

Sure dude you can be admin I crown you to admin from now on go get the minges !!(if you want to ban someone ingame you press alt+F4)
