SteamID: Unfortunatly, here is more than one person called ''The Shadow'' possibly the admin which is reviewing the request could check the Administrator Logs and see what his Steam ID is.
Time in GMT: 6:00 - 7:00PM

Summary:
Basically, the video shows what happened quiet clearly. I walked into the Nexus to see him/her spawning a prop and then using it to prop surf/climb up.
Once he'd surfed into the air, he froze the prop. I then looked away, and what I believe he/she did was unfreeze the prop meaning it dropped down and killed my self and I'm not sure if it killed more than me.

His Steam ID, he was recently banned and the other "The Shadow" has no bans and/or doesn't play anymore.
