Summary: I know the videos don't show much, but on the first clip, Rebels were banned from the city & he was in the Nexus spawning bombs, I chased him telling him to stop while pointing a gun at him & he didn't. I then saw him get in his car,. I didn't shoot at first then he backed up and started charging forward like he was going to CDM me, so I shot & killed him.
Second Clip was a mistake about the car getting stolen. But I walked out of the nexus because I died in the tunnel, & right when I walked out ( I made sure the light was red) I got hit by his car. He got out then knifed me while I was down.
Theomenz was in there & I think beflok was also. Theo talked to him about it & did check the console that he did CDM me. He blacklisted vehicles to him but I think he deserves a ban. He said he CDMed me to perform a assassination on me. He even told Theomenz that but he let him off with a warning. He broke FearRP, He CDMed, & FailRP
