If the server needs restarting, and there's no admin online (either on the server, or steam),
Then feel free to make a quick thread under 'Help & Support' saying "Need restart plz " or something like that
Then we can restart and close + delete the thread once its done
Since I check the forums regularly, but am busy with Portal 2
