I did a Bait Car Role play and I wanted to ask if that is possible? Because Someone "took the bait" and then claimed he was trying to find the original owner.
I just want to know if it is possible without people complaining

I've done this plenty of times. I got it confirmed with a staff member - They can't get banned for random carstealing, but you MAY arrest them for it. I usually select a slow car to make sure they don't get away >
