Reason: Shooting and killing an a cuffed player as cop

Why we should unban you: I was in the video clip that got him banned and yes he did kill a handcuffed person but, he did the right thing. the guy that was handcuffed had broken many rules there were no admins online to arrest him so parachute cuffed him. He also killed him because the guy was faking that his father was their and try to pretend that he didnt do it. When the clip stopped parachutepeople arrested the guy again but he still continued to spawn props until the server crashed, i my opinion he did the right thing and should be unbanned.
