From my understanding the president was being cocky with him IC, he was a rebel so that's enough of an RP reason to kill him.
Also your screenshots are really blurry, I can't make out the words in them to be honest. I know you can cuss IC chat but not over OOC.

Whether Shizzle killed Corie for a vaild RP reason or not, he should have not spoken like that over OOC.
