[b]Reason: Failed driving resulting in CDM
[b]Involved: My self, a cook (not aware of his name), and the admin.
[b]Why we should unban you: I would like to explain that, I was driving on the right side of the road, in a straight line at a high speed. A cook running in the direct middle of the road decided that just as I am about to go past him, he walks in front of my car, resulting in me hitting him. I was then banned by Fultzy for CDM. Yet it seemed that it was the cooks fault and not mine. I hope I have made my argument clear and concise. Thank you for your time.

The reason I banned you is because you were driving at max speeds and ran into a couple cars already. And then you ran over the guy about 10 seconds later.
There is no need to be going top speed in the city and it resulted in a day ban for it.
