At the time you got banned, the policy was what it is. Old bans doesn't apply to new policies as far as I am concerned.

Well im sorry if im to direct but i miss fearless, it was the most stupid thing i did was to have a cheat on my PC but i only used it once against my friends at a LAN so it must have been that and i promise i'll never use script/cheat or something like that any more
