Summary: Basicly at first while i was arresting Boomer for lockpicking a police car after he cdmed and ditched his car and then after he got up he jumped off the bridge while i had a tazer pointed at him. He then came back and lockpicked the car (i wasent there) and he went on another cdming rampage. after i managed to kill him i went to the rebel spawn and saw him running out of it again. while i was in car he noticed me and hid behind some rocks and placed some blue barrels then got out his tranquliser rifle and hid some more. I drove through the blue barrels and got out the car to go up to him and then he tranqulized me and ran off then propkilled me.

Also the reason my nlr timer was at 4m was because i got rdmed by him shortly before i went to get evidence of him breaking rules.
