Summary: Basically I was just driving around in my cop car, when suddenly I see flying stoves attached with rope. In the beginning I just snap a quick picture as I see Narcotic watching I thought he was clearing it up, however he wasnt. It evolved to Flying seats with ropes, Loads of skulls attached together aswell, and just minging with props.
I felt this Ban Request necessary because no action or public warnings were given on the server at the time which suprised me alot.

Told him several times to stop, he has been warned for those exact acts and I believe he understood it.
