Please provide more evidence as this is technically a barricade that is frozen that can still be broken by a car or player. Although it looks extremely ugly I dont think this supports a ban worthy punishment.

True, but a unemployed built this, and I doubt he got permission. Maybe not worth a ban, but that is up to the admins.
