Evidence : I was playing SS and some guy came in nexus with his trabie and Iwan was propblocking the trabie. I do not know his reason for blocking the trabbie. His friend that broked NLR ( car owner ) was coming back all the time. I don't have more evidence that he broken NLR

you can see on the screennshot that the owner is dead and next to his car and that Iwan is propblocking the car with a simple prop!

I was trying to fix the car as it was giggering around due to someone else hitting it with invisible chair!
