I suppose we need to clean our members not using a good anti virus ? This guy have nothing to do, just sit, viruse people, and peolple will made the server crash, im right ?

He's not stupid <.<
He uses IP spoofs VPN's Proxy's and VPS's so he's nearly uncatchable.

Hmm. Ever tried to make a No-IP. This way, server hackers can't reach the IP to hack it. Also a thing to do is, 64bit the Rcon password.
This could improve the server's security.
