Summary: I joined the server and saw the taxidriver driving like crazy, so i went to windows and got my fraps on. When i got back i noticed i had 10 hp, shortly after that taxi driver just cdm's me. He did this to alot of people. Well the cop just kept killing anyone who spawned without any sense. I had no idea why they did so..
