Summary: jackdks built on my gate/walls without permission from me. I was there the entire time and repeatedly asked him not to. I had permission from the President to build there and as you can see in my evidence he clearly didn't listen. His keypad also didn't work. On top of all that he RDM this civilian who had a meeting with the President.

Edit: His entire wall was clear, its a little hard to see.
This all happened while I was building there by the way.
