Involved: Some unemployed guy basing in the Corleone neighborhood.
Why we should unban you: I was told by a moderator before that if someone is living in your base without permission, then you can force them to leave (eg. pretend property damage, like a Molotov). I noticed that this guy had also prop-blocked so I threw it anyway, I know backseat moderating is ban worthy too but the admin didn't even respond when I said non-Corleones were basing and prop-blocking in the neighborhood.

As I already told you no one said you could just evict someone because you wanted him out of your neighborhood. Especially someone who hasnt done anything to you.
