I have the same problem, when I press <USE> on the breachers, nothing happens.

I opened a door and it had a breacher on it. The breacher didn't do anything it just said
"BREACH
HEALTH: 80"
I knifed it a bunch and it blew up like a printer/druglab. Didn't give me money, though.

Yeah, after the thing that breaches are able to be used on props they're not working anymore :/
