Summary: So the president was basicly banning passive RPs and even broadcasted that they would pay 1k to whoever molotoved a concert-RP. I tell the dictator to stop banning passive RPs and going dictator just to get raided, as I fear that this will lead to dictatorship RP being banned. Then the HSS comes along and says... yeah.
