Summary: After posting my initial BR on him for RDM and Teamkilling, people saw him breaking more rules and he had apparently randomly hostaged someone, so the SS was there to keep an eye on him. (bh)FAMAS decided to CDM the HSS for no reason and laughs about it so he is obviously not sorry for his actions as the video shows.
(In the video the CDM happens at 1:30 approximately)
