Ok, So i got banned for 2 days. and i was just checking how long i got left and i saw that it said all ban are GMT + 3, so i get unbanned at 15:53 (On the ban page). does this mean i get unbanned at 12:53 GMT?

Precisely. The ban page also tells you exactly how long until you're unbanned, too.

Yes, your current suspension will expire in 12:53 GMT.
