So You and a couple others cops Go in slums or something, And place a bait car, I decent car thats unlocked. Then hide. IT's kinda fun for stakeouts/busting car thiefs

What i do as president to arrest BMD's get a cop/SS to find a civilian and pay him to buy drugs whilst the SS/cops are hid around a corner when he comes out with drugs cops/SS go in and arrest :3
Same with gundealers ( when all guns are illegal e.c.t )

To catch a lot of people enforce the jaywalking perma-law ( which is basically people running cross the road without using the zebra crossings ) just fine them $150,$200 or $250, if they refuse arrest them
