Summary:
Rassee was intentionally CDMing people in his BMW as you can see in the video below. He was also randomly stealing cars and breaking FearRP.
Evidence:
I'm afraid I can not find my video for him where he randomly stole my car. However the video above shows him breaking FearRP (Not getting out of his car at gunpoint) and also the CDMing.
