Summary: I was standing outside of the MNU HQ (Main city office) then suddendly i got tranqed by a gun dealer. When i woke up i ran to him and asked why did he shot me with an tranq. He said that he did not shoot me with and tranq so i told him that he did shot me with an tranq, then he quik switched to tranq and said: "You mean with this one" and just shot me again...He even shot randomly other people too.
