Summary: The accused player, Kohlensäure, had modified his Tides Truck, with a strange escorting device behind it. This caused reckless driving, and CDMing by him.
When I asked who did it, he denied it straight off.

I saw him dragging a prop with chairs with his tides truck, I forgot to take screenshots but I can still guarantee myself that he was doing this.
