Well its like everything else that says free. you fill out a survey and what not then you put in your mobile, it is actually kinda dumb now that i think about it, but it worked once i dont think it works no more

such an obvious scam because the only way to get RP points in league is by going trough their computers when buying them or if a Riot Employee adds them to your account.
