Summary:
I was driving around, when I came upon LoloFan propsurfing. He instantly started to proppush me, and pushed my car away.
As you can see in the evidence, my car gets pushed to a nearby house, then after the clip ended he pushes it into the water.
He also propblocked the door to the corleone spawn, as can be seen in the second video.
