Why we should unban you: A seat abuse is not for ban it's for blacklist, and if it's ban max 1 hour a day is to much.

And who are you to decide what infraction warrants what punishment? We as administrators decide whether to issue a blacklist/ban and there is nothing stating that 'Breaking rule a leads to punishment b'.
The same goes for the length.

I can't find in the rules where Seat abusing is not allowed.

The word ABUSE already implies that it's forbidden. Denied.
