The rules clearly states every rule and expalins it shortly into depth.

You were probably told to release the man, but carried on the arrest or something similiar to that.

You handcuffed me, then Ousmn told you to release me with a gun at your face. But then, instead of releasing me, you handcuffed Ousmn.

You continued to handcuff and then arrest someone as I told you not to. You were under gunpoint in which case means you have to OBEY.
