Summary: Went to find a BMD at the slums area next to the alley, noticed a door owned by the president next to flux's door. Decided to take a peek inside and found that the president was basing with a BMD (pancakes). I figured this was a little odd as I found two fading doors, one owned by Shinobia and one owned by pancakes. I figured I'd break out a cracker to have a peek and see if there was contra. In the president's area there was full contra with 5/5 energy and cleaned out, and 5 weed plants almost fully grown. Last I checked if someone else cleans out your contra the energy doesn't reset. There was also an area where you couldn't get to and no keypads to indicate a door. Without a molo I couldn't look into it. So I decided to check Pancakes area and found that the door timer was set to less then a second as it would open then close right away.
Shinobia: Contra as the president, Basing with BMD as president.
Pancakes: Improper fading door timer (fading door fail or abuse, however you see it) and basing with government (president) as a BMD.
