I am applying for Estleback to kick-start it back into being the best clan on the server. Having experience in Estleback years ago at a younger age, I believe my maturity over the years will benefit the clan for the better. If I was to get the chance to work for Estleback again I would adopt my insight and help the newer members of the clan.
Having been in multiple different clans and also observing the clans out there I can value this and use it in further operations.

Greetings,
A long announcement today, with multiple layers.
Over the past few weeks, our activity within the city has been extremely low. Be rest assured that Estleback is still in full operation, and this was merely a recovering period from an odd situation we faced last month. On top of this, we have used the time to work on some large projects that will help us with our quest to ensure Evocity's prosperity. One such project is fitting upgrades to our city office HQ, which has already been completed; if you are visiting us, be prepared to feast your eyes on some of the finest modern architecture in Evocity! Updates on public ongoing projects, and announcements of new ones, will be revealed soon.
Furthermore, last night, the 9th of March 2017, we set up an 'Estleback Taskforce'. This is an additional and separate branch of Evocity's police department, which is operated and commanded by exclusively Estleback personnel. After being authorised by the President, we allocated our operatives into pairs and continued to serve the city and her inhabitants until a fire broke out at the outer BP, which eventually resulted in an explosion. This is our second time providing this kind of service, the first of which was done back in 2014. I would like to thank every member of the government at the time for their co-operation, and this is a definite sign of things to come in the future.

Finally, we have some announcements regarding staffing. Both Blake Nightly (Nighthawkd) and Gonzalo Rodriguez (General Weed) have been promoted to Senior Field Operative, however, Mr Rodriguez is only responsible for managing the engineering specialisation, and making sure all of our building projects are completed with utmost efficiency. Additionally, I would like to welcome Joshua Davies (MJ) and Matt Velazquez (Panda) to the corporation. Both of their applications were promising and we believe they will fit in here at Estleabck. All other applicants have been denied.

Tell us about your history: James Bradford was born in 1988. He grew up in West Englewood in Chicago which is ranked one of the worst ghettos in the US. He grew up amongst drugs, crime and violence. Alot of his childhood friends are either dead or in prison. James had the mentality to avoid this criminal life. Instead he decided to join the FBI in 2011. He wanted to solve crime instead of commiting it. He grew up with his mother and his 3 brothers in a small apartment and a monthly salary of 1000$ for the family to share rent, food and electricity on. Due to these hard circumstances 2 of his brothers got shot in 2002 and 2004 during a gang fight. In 2011 when James turned 23 he decided that he wanted to apart of something big, something that people appreciated. So he decided to join the FBI and he became a field agent. He worked at the Bureau for 5 years until he decided to move from Chicago to Evocity with his wife who had gotten a job in Evocity as a brain surgeon. He couldn't keep his job so he decided that he should apply for a job position at the Estleback Corporation instead.

Hello fellow colleagues,
I'd like to put a statement here, I will be giving up my position within the SnA, to join the Engineering team, this is because i feel like that is where my direction of development would be at it's max potential, by these means, this means that i am also giving up the Senior Field Operative rank, i loved the moments of me controlling the squadrones, and making sure everything was working by the book, however i am stepping down to a Field Operative.
With me leaving SnA, there will be applied a heavy weight on Blake's shoulders, and i am certain that it will not be an easy task for him, and i wish him utmost luck with this, I am leaving SnA, because i feel like i've turned into the wrong direction, i feel like this is not my fullest interest, but i loved doing what i've done.

Throughout the past 5 years, we have faced many toils and troubles, ups and downs, all which are too many to name. Right from the Ministry of Peace conundrum, to the very recent Bentley bonanza - I think it is fair to say we've had enough to keep us on our toes! I have seen this place grow, not just internally, externally and within me. This whole experience has made me into the person I am today, as a position of responsibility gave me some sort of purpose and objective, and developed my skills particularly in management, socialisation and the English Language.
I have never before, and probably never will be again, been part of something so great and unique; a morphing brotherhood with multiple generations only connected by elders.

It is a sad day.
I regret to inform you that we are going to have to relieve two members of our staff team from duty.
Joseph 'Yurivw' Steiner (Yurivw) has, even though showing exemplary skill on the field, not turned up for any Estleback operation since Miss Evocity 2017, both pre-booked and otherwise. Even though we authorise unnoted absences from non-booked events, he has not been sighted in the city for a considerable period of time. This comes alongside personal requests from the governance to return back to duty. On top of this, even though confirming his presence for the 'Great Debate', he did not turn up, and we have still not been given an explanation to why this has happened from him since. All attempts to contact him have failed, and compulsory protocol has not been followed, highlighting his inactivity.
Additionally, Joseph Vantiago Deacon (Joe Joe Binks) will also be relieved from duty. After evaluation in the TFO stage, we have not seen him fit for promotion to operative. Many apologies.

Tell us about your history: I don't remember much about my childhood. I only remember the occasional empty liquor bottles on the floor that my father downed with ease. The rest is blurry. My earliest memory is of me working as a secretary for some shady company. But I didn't ask any questions at that time. After a short while, I found out what I was capable of, I discovered my linguistic talent and used that as a future reference when it came to finding employment. I found it rather quickly, though I didn't stay long. The enterprise was shut down due to conflicts. I found another dull job somewhere in Evocity. My employer Angela and I just didn't get along. Somewhere along the line of my life I met a lover, a friend with the name of Noah Grayson. We married quickly after meeting each other. Soon after my marriage, I got fired yet again. This time due to claims of me forging documents. I won't say I'm one who doesn't know how to forge a simple paper.

The Fulcrum Organisation Returns

Two days ago a normal training was planned by our newly appointed Senior Operative Officer Blake 'Nighthawkd' Nightly at our facility on v2d. Carried out with excellency by Blake himself, it was however abruptly ended after myself was found with my head resting on the steering wheel of my car and my the seat next to me empty; the very seat Noah 'MasterNoda' Grayson was supposed to sit in. My condition was in a critical state and thus I was absent from the following events after I was put at base in a coma. This very attack on the Director of Estleback, my trusted associated now in their custody Noah 'Noda' Grayson and the brutal attack on operatives assigned to protect this city is in no way acceptable. Provided documents of further actions will be available in our communication hub (official forum).
