[b]Why we should unban you:It was an accident i was going to build something however i accidentally spawned it on the road so i move it towards me but kill people by accident.

When this happen you should just remove it by pressing the undone key, Z. If you spawn a prop on the road and start moving it with a physgun, no wonder it get's seen as attempting to proppush/propkill.
Your ban wasn't longer than 24 hours too.
