He is Street performing, Some how playing with a spade; but he does have a radio out. Which is allowed.

This is very exaggerated, I saw this happen at one point and his music wasn't this loud, and I keep my voice receive volume on high. I feel as if you went to volume control and turned everything up. Also Jamie, a few days ago he also did this and he had a guitar which wasnt spawned in by him. He had the spade because he didnt know how to get the guitar.

Also. if you watch the video closely, J0NN1 pms Iwan. I was talking to J0NN1 over skype earlier. He said he was coming because Iwan wanted to buy molotovs. And the Head of Special Service buying molotovs from a BMD? Wouldn't that be FailRP?

If the guys music is too loud then tell him, I don't think he meant to play his music really loud to annoy players; He is just trying to entertain people, Denied.
