Emm.. I have an question. Can guy whith crowbar say me crouch say that I am fearping and start to hit me? if not, there will be some ban request...

If you don't have a weapon out and he has a crowbar out, you have to crouch and do as he says.

Also the guy has to be next to you. If he is like 3 meters away and he is commanding you to crouch with a knife / crowbar, Just run.
