They're come to kill you. (THIS WAS A TOTAL GUESS.) Three seconds later the SS yells THE CORLEONES! THERE RAIDING US!

Well according to this problem:
y = -0.2x² + 12x + 11
y - 11 = -0.2(x² - 60x)
y - 11 + (-0.2)(-60/2)² = -0.2(x² - 6x + (-60/2)²)
y - 11 - 180 = -0.2(x - 30)²
y - 191 = -0.2(x - 30)²
