At MSY Technologies we aim to set the standard for cutting edge technology, we run the Evo-City Internet (TNET) and install home usable technologies.
We also, Have Facilities for high caliber, Modern and powerful Weaponry, we supply top secret organisations with weaponry, as well as high standard military forces.
Whilst we aim to create a better future, our research and tech is also Top Secret, if someone tries to expose any of our Information, New Tech or Research, they will be eliminated, we have the future of Evo-City in our hands, and cannot let anyone Jeopardize it.

So, me Being the President of MSY Technologies Means I run everything and organize it, but Tom is still the owner which means he has power over me, and decides where to take the company as Tom is the founder and I am the Co-Founder.
We also have an enemy, someone trying to expose our information If he is seen by any MSY staff he will be killed on sight, this man is: Fallout Saves

Branch Manager (Only 1 for each Branch of Technology)
Designer ( No limit to designers, they can design tech and Structures)
Head Of Security (Only 1 at a time)
Security Guard ( No limit, only there to protect and guard things)
Employee ( No limit, basic worker, only has access to Public Technology)
Grunt (No limit, just sent out on errands, and there to take orders)
Recruit ( No limit, there to be tested as to what Rank/Job will fit them best
More Ranks will be added as they are needed/as we get bigger

It seems to be a nice clan, nice story etc.
I think you should work on your clanpage and put more things in it like : Describe the ranks what do they do.
Make a application template (if you want).

Make pictures make this look colorful because at the minute it just looks like a long boring white thread, because well it is. Describe as Ryder said the ranks and what the people do, describe your future goals because to be honest we need more.

Sure thing, i'm organizing some banners and Logo's to be made soon and i'll get some video footage/screen shots of TNET and some of our other setups, as well as testing new recruits etc, etc.
