Summary: (What happened?)
Ethan was chasing Farmand, Farmand attempted to drive off and Ethan chose to open fire on him, firing a salvo of bullets into Farmand's hummer.
An enraged Farmand stepped out of the hummer and asked who had shot him.
Ethan said he did it, pointing his weapon at Farmand, who then decided to pull an M4A1 and completely ignored fear RP.
