Hi, i'm just wondering:
Where are the HL2 textures? (Especially civilian)
Whats their .extension?
How do i open them?

They're in the .gcf files somewhere in your steamapps folder. It can be opened using GCFScape https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/GCFScape.
Just curious, why do you want this?
