Summary: Group named black panda, was basically harassing the whole server. (Unfortunately bandicam is messed up.) People complaining of random Molotov's, random raided bases, etc. Couldn't prove any of that, but Equalizer got word from holdem that rebels shouldn't all be rolling around in BMW's,Due to poor rebles dont drive $1,000,000 Cars.He got off shortly later, and shabam. A super base and all white BMW's. Since I have no footage, screenshots will have to do, my apologies.
